Need to send an item back?

• We accept returns of unused items in brand new condition.
• Item discounted 25% or more are final sale.
• Ship it back within 30 days of receiving. If the item is still in brand new condition [not used] you'll get a full refund back on your card. No questions asked. 
• EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: Items purchased between November 1st - December 31st must be returned by January 31st. 
• All bag returns must be shipped back in a box to avoid damage. Bag returns shipped back without a box will be rejected. 
• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
